A great movie - Titanic Reviews

I watched Titanic tonight for the first time in maybe two years. It still works on every level. The acting, directing, and action are all great, but there is something I noticed with the plot, which is great as well. This may seem like old news to some people, but I just realized it in watching this movie. The 2001 movie Pearl Harbor copies everything from this movie, everything, the only difference being is that one movie takes place in Hawaii. Even though Pearl Harbor copies everything from this movie, I still liked it, but this one is much better. I don't care, like most of you what the critics say except for Ebert and Roeper (they are actually good), but James Cameron is a master when it comes to directing. There are some movies that I bet he would like to forget, but there are three that stand out at me the most. The Abyss(with the added footage), True Lies, and this movie, all of which are 4 stars in my book. He, and maybe Steven Spielberg, could direct a movie like Titanic. They know how to handle all of the elements, in which themselves have created. As in a director like Michael Bay, he is not quite there yet, which made a movie like Pearl Harbor lack a little bit, but within maybe a decade, he could direct a movie like this. This movie is an epic in every sense, and is really a great movie. If you haven't seen this movie in a while, or if in fact you haven't seen it since 1997-1998, I would suggest watching it again. It is a really good movie.
